“Had a mix up on shoes. Believe it or not 1 shoe was a 2 the other was a size 1. Did not figure this out till a month later my daughter told me 1 shoe hurts 1 does not. Anyways went in told them what happened, I had my Receipt. The was no hassel, no questions asked absolute awesome service. Made things right with us. “I went in today to pick up a few pieces for a work trip and while in the changing room the store manager hung a few items over the door. She asked if I was in a few months ago picking out items for a work trip. She thought she recognized me. Talk about attention to detail! She remembered what styles I liked and sizing.
While the clothing is expensive it’s holding up well and customer service was excellent.”

They come across as they want money. But they do not want to work for it. Or they won't to be paid, but they don't want to work. I'm not saying that they all like that. “The selection of boots were mostly made in the USA. The value of the the boots cost very on what brand what you are looking for. I got some Carolina boots and they work as advertised water proof. I'm not an iron worker I work at a landscaping company and they work like a charm. The service was great the lady helped us out immediately awesome service. They had a wide selection of FR clothing.”

“I came in today after a bad experience at SNIPES and DTLR and I’m just really happy with my purchase now and the service there. I had help from a young man with fairly long hair. He was so sweet and helpful and went back to get different shoes or sizes 3 times. It was relieving after the experience I had in the other stores. I was ready to go, but I needed a work shoe and finally I got that so I’m glad I came in.”
“Great experience way better than Valpos Plato’s. They had givin me 4 items for $18 and didn’t actually look at my items they just took stuff from on top of the tote plus made me wait 4 hours without a call. I come to the Merrillville location and they give me $320 for 60 items saying I’ve had some of the best items they have seen come in. Shows who actually does their job. Lady’s were also very kind and looked thru my items quickly. If you need money for your clothes come here. Same thing happened in the beginning of 2023 as well. Went to Valpo and got $40 and came Merrillville and got $160. Will keep coming to Merrilville. Always get a better vibe walking into this location too. I’m done with the Valpo Location from now on ?”
