First time buying fired chicken for a quick late lunch; 3pm. Got the chicken to the car and it was over cooked. I would assume from sitting there too long. Store over all way very clean.

The store on Ridge Rd closest to I65 is absolute trash. Only a couple of the employees are worth anything and that Theresa lady sits in her car more than at the register. I asked if I should bring all my stuff outside to be rung up. But then again...we're talking about Luke. Lmao

This company Absolutely Does Not care about its Customers. Countless times I have asked and pleaded with them , including representatives from corporate, to address things like for instance the credit card readers. Well today I'm here to say don't bother purchasing the biscuit and gravy from them it is just the lowest grade of gravy in a can from Gordon Food service and the biscuits are horrible.... more like stale bread than a biscuit. My fellow consumers you have been warned

Lukes has really gone downhill for the amount of money they make.Half the time the food isn't either under cooked or old.Almost $3 for a breakfast sandwich with a 1/2 dollar coin size sausage.Rediculous. And the girl on the register is more concerned about being on her phone. Terrible

The assistant manager there in the evenings is definitely not friendly and will talk down to you. Would not recommend going inside if she is there.
