I called for a tow they sent Todd out. He was very professional, caring and friendly. He did a really great job. They came out right away and deliver my car with no problems. I definitely will be using them again. Thank you!

This company was sent out by insurance for roadside assistance-but I would definitely recommend it to anyone & would use them by choice as well!The driver was very careful when hooking the car up, was very well mannered & friendly, my 5 year old son was watching from the porch & he was so friendly with him allowing him to look at all the ways the truck works etc. Definetely made his evening as well as my own as it isn’t always the best situation when you’re getting towed. Definitely will continue using & recommending them in the future!

They have contracts that apparently allow them to steal cars (ticketed for expired plates but plates were registered and current, just awaiting sticker in mail), and take them 22 miles away even though we were told, state law says the Max is no further than 15 mile radius. Makes one wonder what is really going on here.UPDATE- the car they towed made awful noises leaving their lot. It was shaking very bad and felt like it was going to shake apart. It didn’t make it far.It’s at another garage just down the road and they’ve shared pictures saying it was towed wrong and bars were bent very badly. I will try to add the photos.Owner has yet to return my calls. We are six days out at this point. I’ve only spoken to a “David”, about the damage, and he is quite unpleasant.Services: Special vehicle towing

My car broke down on the expressway and they came fast. Another company said over a hour?! LRS Towing came within 30 minutes. The guy was so nice and friendly, he even offered me a bottle water! I’ll never use another company every again!

Asked them to come out and do roadside assistance, Bonnie (the wife) and his husband said they didn't need to show up cause they were going to get paid anyways. Then asked if we had equipment to fix the issue. We said no and he said he couldn't continue.
