they changed from coin washers to card ! dont like, you have to buy a card to use washers and dryers, ALSO VERY DIRTY FLOOR !

Ladybug is the best place to go for laundry, whether you do it yourself or drop it off. Sammi at the Crown Point location is so sweet and helpful. She’s always working with a smile!

I moved from a house to an apartment. I was dreading coming out to do laundry but I honestly don't hate it at Ladybug.
The system they use for laundry cards is very user friendly and fairly priced.
I can do a whole months of laundry for $15!
Would recommend any location!

Every time I come to this laundromat the gentleman is always cleaning , tending to the washers and dryers wiping them down making sure the place is nice and clean and very pleasant . He makes you feel comfortable knowing you can wash with comfort . Keep up the good work .
