A great big shout out to Lea for giving both myself and my husband great haircuts. The wonderful scalp massage you get when you have your hair washed was so relaxing! Thank you Lea, we will be back!

I was recommended here because my main hairstylist was on maternity leave. I saw Lea and she's so great!! She makes sitting in her chair fun!! She listens to your hair goals and then achieves them! Absolutely the best!!

Tina Mathis gave me the best haircut, that I’ve ever had. Great personality, funny and is great with scissors. She really paid attention to what I wanted and went beyond. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Tina did a great job with my hair and I love that a lot of the stylists have been working for Kara for a really long time. Satisfied customer for sure!

Showed Tina 2 photos and requested layering in the back and curtain bangs. She said it wouldn't work on me and gave me a haircut for a 10 year old, short straight bangs and sloppy chop cut in the back without layering. I called Kara and she said she had this stylist for a long time who generally does the older style cuts. BTW l got a shampoo without conditioner. Tina didn't want to bother with me evidently. I tried to upload a picture but this site won't let you. Kara offered to redo my cut, but l am afraid it would look worse since she knew her stylist had been doing this and allows it. Don't bother ladies to take pictures with you or try to explain what you want. The stylist will do it her way, fast and unflattering. I regret going there. I could have done a better job cutting my own hair from online tutorials to get this simple "Covid" style haircut.Services: Haircut

Kara's hair studio is wonderful. I get a color and cut about every 6 weeks. The stylists are friendly and knowledgeable and the salon is always very clean.

We came on a Saturday afternoon. It's a lovely salon! Kara's is behind Schoop's restaurant, Google maps has it near the old A&W building. There was ample parking - for a Saturday. The salon felt good upon entering; clean & fresh. Music was not too loud, comfortable atmosphere. The receptionist gave a warm welcome. Our stylist was Amanda, she listened and helped with concerns and recommended products for best hair care. We love and appreciate her patience and kindness and helpfulness. My daughter's hair turned out gorgeous and beautiful. Thank you ☺️
