If I could leave no stars I would. Never had any issues with h&r block in the years we've been using you all until filing with this location, specifically Becky beach.....her last name should be, well you know.....now because of her were screwed out of our state refund because she filed our taxes WRONG and she won't fix it, so now we're screwed, can't get a manager on the phone so now I guess we've got to bring this to a court lawsuit!!!! Unreal!!!!

I am sure the tax professionals are good at their job, but I have to give 1 star rating due to the office not finding my tax documents after I dropped off last week. Nobody in the office could remember who I was and there were no cameras inside to confirm. I have been a customer for almost 30 years, this was my first experience with Hobart office.

My husband and I have been filing our tax returns at this location for the past 6 years now. We always have a great experience and get in and out of the office very quickly since our information is always saved from the year prior. All the workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have never made an appointment, we have always just walked in during the evening after we get off work and have never had to wait more than few minutes to be taken care of. If you do have to wait, there is a snack table in the waiting area with a variety of snacks and beverages to choose from. There is also a kids play area with a TV playing cartoons and a couple of small tables and chairs for the kids to play and color while you get your taxes prepared. Overall, great place. I highly reccomend and I will continue to come here and file my taxes as long as they are around.

It was very easy fast and professional.the lady was polite and helpful and honestly I couldn't have asked for better service they gave me so yeah I'd totally recommend them.

Horrible customer service..Becky Beach at the Hobart plaza H&R Block was rude and condescending...I had two W2s to get filed and she didn't know which one to use...umm both of them duh,then had me call all 3of my Managers to verify the amounts withheld... seriously?? When I made the appointment...they couldn't even find my name,phone number,or any information on me even though H&R Block has been doing my taxes for the past 5yrs....to finish off the horrible experience Becky refused to file my taxes after wasting an hour of my time..So I went to Liberty Tax and had my taxes done without any issues...Thanks Karen,oh oops I meant Becky!!!!........If you want to literally just waste your time with an inexperienced,rude,and ineffective tax preparer ask for Becky Beach at the Hobart H&R Block .

The one reason i even bothered coming in and not filing myself was for the advance the tax preparer knew i wasnt going to get the advance and steamrolled me into it anyway...no i will never be using your service again. i just want my money now that you guys rolled me successfully

Honest work done on my taxes. Always updated about changes from the irs and advised on the advantages I can take to get max refund.
