If y'all wanna see what real customer service and satisfaction looks like... Visit Holiday rental! The 2 ladies up front and even the gentleman that took care of me... OMG.. nice nice courteous and not to mention affordable!!! I'm very happy I found them! That Portage Enterprise will NEVER see a penny from me or my business! They are rude and the nonchalant attitude is craaazzzyyy! And they lie about "having cars available"... Holiday Rental has my business forever! ❤️

Great rental place and staff is awesome.
Only issue was car smelled like it had been smoked in.
They will address issue.

My goto rental place. Reserving your car is easy, the customer service is beyond 5 stars. I’ve been here probably 4 times so far and never had a hassle. They even take you home when you’ve dropped off the rental.

They are always nice and the quickest and most convenient rental place !!!! They work with you and don’t make it stressful !!! Only place I will rent from Denise W … I was late picnicking up my rental and she stayed over to make sure I got it last weekend ❤️
