Just an average storage space. Just moved my stuff out because of another raise in the rent. Not worth paying for. Found a new place just down the street. Cleaner, more accessible, and a better price for the same size unit. If you decide to leave before the end of the month and are expecting a refund for the remainder of the month. You don’t get it! They don’t pro rate when you leave. Would not recommend!

Great place. Friendly and clean. She even showed me my storage unit before I paid so I knew everything would fit! I got there earlier than the office was open and she still helped me

Just a storage facility. Open 24/7. No body bothers you.Door is hard to open and a smaller lock will fit better than a larger one.

I have only good things to say about Heartland Storage Hobart. The management team is so warm and friendly plus helpful. I recommended them to my friend who is moving from California to Indiana and again they were very helpful in getting a space for her.

It's just your average storage unit, I've had a work order in for almost 2 years that's not been filled yet they steady raise rent. If I had more time I'd move out my stuff elsewhere

Paid for storage for 3 years loyaly and I come back from vacation and go get my trailer and they towed it to sigma towing without my consent said they sent a letter but never received I had to pay sigma towing $350 for to get my trailer back I would not do business with this place big o ripp off and I'm very unhappy with heartland storage in Hobart????

Nine months of using the facility and I can say happy with results. Clean facility, responsive on site manager and no damage to our belongings! GREAT SERVICE. Special shout out to manager, Samantha.
