Already I forgot my girl's name and she says this is the second time she got my hair. She gave me her card I got it in my wallet too lazy to get up right now but she is amazing and I will go back because she knows exactly what I like and how I like it. And she has a great sense of humor that's what I love about hair stylist. If they don't have a sense of humor I'm not coming back but this young lady she sure did. We talked like if we knew each other forever.
Requested style: The young lady knew exactly what I wanted and she did it exactly how I wanted it. I only recommend going there I will be there in 3 weeks. I hope she's reading this because now she should know who I am .

The stylist Tawana and Michele are extremely helpful, professional and educational. I am a senior citizen and new the help and understanding provided.
Stylist: Tawana was the stylist who provided the cut. Michele was so knowledgeable about the products to give the hair body and fullness.

Man... There was two employees working, Kalie and Bianca and it was swamped. They did amazing tho and kept a smile on their faces even tho they should have been paid triple times their pay. Kalie did my hair and Bianca did my boyfriends. We have been to several barbers around here and I have never experienced such precision with my look. My boyfriend was pleasantly surprised too, which is rare lol all and all These two "Great Clips" employees are professional and friendly. They also were super Adorbs for real. I highly recommend. Good Job and I have gotten so many compliments by the way lol thanks again!!

Ive been going to GC for 8 years now, faithfully. I used to love the one in Portage and then started going in Hobart. This business is just not the same anymore. The only thing consistent these days is the price increase, which is tooo high. The stylist are always different and most of the ones there are unhappy. They dont give out coupons anymore or do the holiday $10.99 giftcards. I try to remain loyal in hopes that its only a rough period, but this has been a really long rough period. I believe its bigger than management, perhaps the owner, bc they cant keep managers either. Maybe one day it'll be back to normal.
