Dave's a gentleman and a scholar. The folks at Dave's Auto were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my truck and nearly immediately find a very quick and affordable solution to get me back on the road. Can't recommend Dave's Auto Center highly enough!

First time at this shop. After being turned away by two other shops in the area, Dave's Auto Shop helped me get my truck fix right away. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

essentially, came here for repairs, got it back & the repairs were completed 100% correctly. afterwards though, yes the transmission was involved, it was shifting much more rough. i was dismissed and told "if the check engine lights not on then its fine!" i work on cars as well though & thats just not true. changed the trans fluid 10,000 miles before they'd done their repairs & it was a nice deep red. found yesterday it's a bright pink. called to explain & instantly am dismissed and told there's no possible way it could be them. i hardly gave any details. this shop is like every other one. if its not the EXACT part they replace, no way it was them. not saying it 100% was even, but they don't care to even inspect the vehicle or any sort of further thought or investigation.

Took my car in to get a new catalytic converter put in and it took me having my check engine light come on repeatedly for me to find out from Dave's that they received a defective converter. And then they want to have my car for a full day to test it when it doesn't take that long to change out the converter that I have warranty on. I spent 900 dollars on a converter that is bad. They didn't even bother to test the car before they gave it back to me. My check engine light came on a few days after I got this done and it's still on. You guys can do better. This is getting ridiculous!

Dave's is the greatest! I've done business with him for over 2 decades. Always reasonable and reliable. He and his crew are always looking out for you, making sure you are safe on the road. There is no better place in NWI to have your car worked on as far as I am concerned.

I took my vehicle to a part store because it was acting up. They ran a diagnostic test. The test said i needed the TBI replaced. .... my vehicle doesn't have one! Idk.... At the store was a customer who recommended me to take my vehicle to Dave Cooper. When I arrived at Dave's he informed me about the TBI and we both chuckled. Then he made an appointment for me to return with my vehicle. On the scheduled date I dropped off my vehicle, Later that day the secretary called me and told me that my vehicle would not start for them and that they would need to replace one of my batteries since they had tested it and it was very weak. She also mentioned that this was probably the main cause of the problem. They changed the battery and now my vehicle runs like the day I bought it. Thank you Mr Dave Cooper and all his staff. I'm definitely taking my vehicle to you when needed.
