Walked into the store to buy some coins after coming back from the ANA. Drove 20 minutes out of the way to walk in and have the guy say he is just an employee and the boss is in Chicago and he cannot sell any coins. Was a complete waste of time, go down the street to a different coin shop. If your time is valuable, don’t waste it here.

This place is awesome. Arthur and team are very knowledgeable on jewelry, coins, stamps, and more. I had them repair a couple of bracelets and they did a great job. They have some modern jewelry but I really like the vintage jewelry that they have there.

As a senior citizen, I needed to divest a coin collection that my children did not want. I walked into Knight Coin and all was good. I was welcomed and treated with great respect. Arthur and team did me right. The value he offered for my coins was very fair and in line with my expectations. This is a very fair and honest business run by an honest man. I will recommend Knight Coin to anyone looking to buy or sell collectibles. Thanks

The old man is beyond rude, talking down about a ring I got all because I purchased online, without even looking at it, knowing that made him hate it. Kept saying " he doesn't know how things work now days and skipping questions I asked". Place is outdated, I asked a question 3 times and didn't get an answer because he was so concerned I didn't purchase in a store, I ended up leaving. It was the first ring I ever purchased as an engagement ring and had a couple questions about re sizing and stuff. I would recommend literally anywhere else but here if you have questions about something you don't know. If you do go, don't say you bought the jewelry from an online website, he might have an annurism. Would do zero stars if I could. Originally I was excited and happy when I showed up to my local jewelry shop, by the end of it I left with the guy telling me I got ripped off when I didn't ask for his opinion about the quality, I was happy with what it was for the price I got it at, but he made sure I knew that it was not up to his standards. Never asked him that, asked about a certificate because I lost the original, he was zero help. The last few reviews are all about him being rude, I'm sure he'll reply to this with a nice excuse as to why he was rude that day. What a joke. Completely ruined my experience and took the joy out of something I was very excited about, I'm just glad my fiance wasn't there for him to ruin it for her as well, she adores the ring. This is the first negative review I've ever left someone, and it's well deserved.Thanks for nothing,Andrew

I like these guys. Went in looking for a specific list of coins to fill out a collection for my grandson. They helped me look thru their bulk selection and pick out the coins of the desired grade for each coin. Very helpful.

Arthur was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was just trying to get a rough estimate as to what he would pay for a sizable collection of bullion compared to other shops I had gone to today, and he was the only one who tried playing this car salesmanship BS. I just walked out. I would not recommend this guy to anybody.
