Although a time consuming one, my experience here was very pleasant. Every employee, from the shop to sales (Joe), that I encountered was patient, knowledgeable, kind, humorous and easy to communicate with. The best part was the laid back and non pressure atmosphere. Also, the store, inside and out, was very clean. Extra shout out to the super sweet Miss Jorianna and the lead service tech. I don't remember his name. But they are both top notch.

Mark was a very pleasant and helpful salesman. He made the buying experience less stressful than it can sometimes be. The process did not take very long at all. I feel like I got a decent value for my trade in, and a fair price for the used car I bought. However, not included in the advertised cost is a brake plus feature, which isn't optional and is included on their vehicles and costs an additional $999, so be aware. It would be nice to have the option to decide whether or not you want to have this included on the vehicle you're purchasing.

My father-and mother in law were raked across the coals by Webb Hyundai. Deceitful sales tactics used at the expense of senior citizens is deplorable. Indiana needs to correct their vehicle sale laws. “Caveat emptor”. Remember that when stepping foot inside that crooked dealership. They will bone you to the flesh.
Remember this Webb boys, “ what goes around comes around”

I love this dealership. Especially 'Big John' Crawford. He was the best. I told him my price point, and he stayed within that. He is courteous, respectful, and patient. (I can't even remember how many cars I test drove.)
He walked me through everything. And again if I forgot anything. I can't recommend him enough. The rest of the staff was very courteous as well. Nobody pressured me to look at certain cars. Nobody pressured me to make a decision right away. If you're needing to get a car, you're needing to go see John Crawford. I promise that you will be happy that you did it.

These people here are dishonest. They list the car for sale for one amount, but once you review finance paperwork only viewable once they send it by email, you’ll find that they’ve changed the sales price to increase this commission. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND FRAUDULENT!
