Took my car in for “the works” oil change. They didn’t rotate my tires. Didn’t check my fluids. Didn’t check my brakes but when I got the paper everything was marked in green as good. I told them I heard a weird noise and thought something may be up with my suspension. They didn’t listen and seemed bothered. I Called and asked for the service manager and waited 43 min before being disconnected. Not the service I expected and caused more problems

I bought all my cars from Webb Ford in Highland until now. My last car was a new Ford Focus. The guy in the back who I guess does all the financial stuff gave me an amount for my old Ford. I told him I paid $8000 for it. He said, “wow did you get screwed!” I said, “I bought it from here!” I should have walked out but I didn’t. I bought the car. A few days ago I went to buy a new car with cash. I didn’t go to Webb. I thought how can I trust them after this?

Went in to buy a car about a month and a half ago. Not a great experience at all. From the start, didn’t expect to see workers smoking out front the front entrance in front of my 1year old daughter. Didn’t care or move at all. Then they all act like “know it alls” and make you feel a certain way. Not one ounce of professionalism. I made the mistake of buying one of their cars and I’m already paying hundreds of dollars now because they didn’t want to maintain their cars. They really want to screw people over. This is a real review. Do not buy a car from them, unless you want to pay for all of maintenance after you buy your car. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

I had an issue with a trailer brake module failure just before I was headed out of town on a camping trip. When I called to see if there was any way I could get an appointment prior to my trip, the service writer told me to bring it in the next morning. I asked if I could drop it off that evening and they accommodated my request.
When I arrived, Robert greeted me and promptly wrote up a service ticket. Sure enough, my brake module was the problem. Robert kept in touch with me and my truck was fixed in two days and I was able to go on our camping trip. Robert did a great job as did the rest of the Webb team!

My service Representative at Webb Ford, Mr. Robert, provided me excellent customer service, and professionalism. My F150 was serviced in a very timely manner without a long wait. Everyone I encountered at Webb ford was very polite and treated me with the utmost respect.
