This store is awful. Go to any other ups. They have children working here. A young woman named Peyton was making fun of the way I had something packaged. (I had a pool float in a trash bag. I couldn’t think of anything else to put it in.) no matter what the case I don’t need to be made fun of. Then I go in there the next day and I did realize my Amazon returns needed to be packaged. My fault. I came back but forgot the tape I normally have in my car. They wanted to charge me to tape a box. Like really ups. No customer service at all. Thank goodness a helpful customer gave me some tape. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.
