I went in today to get my ears pierced and the service was wonderful. We would offered water while we waited for our appointment. We had the worker Victoria to pierce my ears and she was wonderful, she always made sure i was comfortable and was very kind. I would definitely recommend going since the prices are very good.

I went to Victoria for a haircut recently, and she did amazing!! I have wavy/curly hair and was very skeptical of letting someone do anything to it, but she did such an amazing job communicating with me through the haircut and making sure I was okay with everything throughout the whole process. She focused on layering my hair and ensured that I wouldn’t lose too much length (which was my main concern.) By the end of the cut, I had never been happier. Victoria was so great and she was so nice to talk to the whole time!! Will definitely be going back to her and sending friends!

I had a wonderful experience with Mrs. Tiera She has amazing customer service!! She broke everything down to me and Gave me tips to improve my skin. So happy she was there to explain things. I've gone to many other ulta beauty stores and no one broke it down like her. She deserves a raise plus more!!!

I got my hair done by Liliana and she was amazing from start to finish. She knows her stuff and made me so comfortable the entire time! My hair was a wreck from box dye and just overall years of damage. She brought my hair back to life and it’s so much healthier and fuller!! Definitely found my new stylist!!!! Thank you!!!!! ?

I was in this Ulta store today and asked to be color matched for foundation. I'm a person of color and the first person I asked, who was greeting customers at the door asking how she could assist as people came in, was clearly uncomfortable and made a half-hearted attempt at actually helping...clumsily mumbling something about products being sheer, so the shade didn't necessarily matter?!? before awkwardly ending the exchange and walking away looking relieved. The 2nd person mentioned she had a product that she thought would be great....but didn't think they had many "dark color options" - I'm a medium complexion African American. The area where this Ulta is located is fairly diverse and to say I was appalled at the comments and lack of comfortableness in assisting all customers reflects very poorly on Ulta. This company needs training, a more diverse staff at this location and to seriously up its commitment to providing satisfactory customer experiences in this increasingly diverse world....

Jade was very patient in color matching me and answering all of my questions! She also gave me some samples, so I will definitely be back to buy more. I was made aware of a deal the store was having and she saved me $135!!
