I made my appointment online yesterday. I just arrived for my 9:30am appointment only to have Jerry tell me there’s a two hour wait to get my tires rotated. THE ONLINE SCHEDULING IS A JOKE!!!

Had wheels and tires mounted balance and installed on a 23 Tesla model Y performance. I had several conversations with Jerry that I’d be taking the old wheels and putting them in the trunk of my second vehicle. They didn’t seem to care, instead they started forcing all 4 wheels in the back seat of the Tesla. Scuffing the seats and getting tread marks on the cloth pillers. When I went inside to approach Jerry, I asked if he knew what his employees were doing. He got load with my saying he’s been doing this 30 years and he was doing me a favor. My family owns house of wheels and has been in business for over 35 years, never have we as business owners ever treated a costumer, vehicle, or their property in such a disgusting, disrespectful way. As a business owner their employees need to be retrained. The employees lack empathy and integrity and their job skills reflect it. Teslas record everything inside and outside of the vehicle.

I had an amazing experience here! I was able to get an appointment the same day and they were able to fix my tire pretty quickly! Staff were very friendly and efficient. Will only be bringing my car here from now on!

Bought my tires there, they always take care of me when I need my tires checked. That was for my Sonic , now I sold it and bought a 2020 Buick Encore, tire pressure light came on twice in one week, screw in tire , got it fixed they cked all 4 tires. Thank you !!!

Came in for new tires, wheel alignment, replacement of pressure sensor batteries, and sensor reprogramming. Scheduling process online was easy. Service team was efficient and friendly. Pricing was marginally higher than expected, but generally fair and reasonable. Overall would visit again and recommend to others for service.
