Went in to test drive this 2015 Kia Optima EX after seeing it on their website. The car drove well, however, all of the amenities listed on the website that came with the vehicle weren't there. The listing stated the vehicle had heated and ventilated front seats, heated steering wheel and heated side mirrors, but it didn't have any of these features. When I asked the salesman about it, he said that the computer generated those options when the VIN number was entered. So, I guess they didn't bother to actually verify that it did ? That's very misleading and we left disappointed. The salesman was friendly, though, not responsive to emails I've sent him inquiring about costs.

Beware of Thomas Kia. They jokingly said "drive it until the engine explodes and come in then". Thank God for a Good Samaritan who told me to flee the vehicle when I pulled over on the side of the expressway ramp.

My sister's Kia Sorrento had been stolen and insurance towed the car to this Kia location once it was found. We spoke with technicians here multiple times throughout the first week of the car being taken here for repairs. We were at first, reassured that this car would be repaired within a few weeks even given the limited amount of parts for the car that were available. A week later, we had received no updates on repairs or repair part orders and contacted our insurance as well as this dealership. They had not yet connected with our insurance and said they would do so that day. Fast forward, three weeks later, and they are still saying they would call. It has been over a month of having the car just SITTING at the dealership while my sister has had to take public transit to work everyday. After contacting them AGAIN today, they report that they had never even called insurance or ordered any parts!!! The man on the phone said it is going to be on our own accord to tow the car away from this dealership, elsewhere. What type of service is this!!! Completely ridiculousUpdate 9/21/23We were told last week that all parts came in and the car would be ready at the LATEST, Thursday...which is today. We call today because he hadn't heard anything else about the car since last week. They suddenly say they have zero technicians to work in the car yet have all of the parts? Huh????They now say it will not be ready until Monday. SEVEN WEEKS from taking it in. This is just to simply fix a steering column and window!!! Will continue to warn family and friends from visiting this location

I was searching for a car with a great sense of urgency and Nick was such a great help. Although the car I intended on choosing was not available due to title issues, Nick was a great listener and tried his best to make sure I left with something within my budget. I did not proceed with a transaction but I totally appreciate Nick's knowledge and experience while he assisted me. My only negative comment is please only advertise cars that are available and ready to be driven off of the lot! I was in urgent need and spent hours at the dealership and left with nothing.

I arrived at Thomas Kia of Highland expecting to look at a Chevy Sonic. That car wasn't available which is fine I'm flexible. The salesman then decided to tell me that all the cars I was interested in on their lot were bad cars with mechanical issues & other problems & I should not buy them. I was talked into a Toyota Camry. I was firm about what I was willing to pay, Nick then offered a pricing on the Camry with a monthly payment. I was firm once more about not being willing to pay that amount on that car. Nick was clear on that & proposed a different amount we both agree on. I checked one more time to make sure we were clear. I then gave nick my permission to run my credit. I feel bad having to mention nicks name but he went against my wishes knowing I didn't want my credit ran unless the car was at the price I was willing to pay & he was told to do so by I white hair gentleman sitting at the financing chair guiding nick. 50 minutes later he brings bag a contract with the financing manager trying to bully me into the price I said I would not pay after wasting my time & running my credit. I would not recommend this place!

They were a little slower than usual but my visit wasn't scheduled. I had a flat tire and a very dirty car. Wish they give a full car wash. They fixed my tire and rinsed my car and sent me on my way completely satisfied, as usual.

I recently sold my used car to Thomas Kia. I went to KBB and got a instant offer. Thomas Kia called me and I was able to sell it to them the next day. They honored the KBB value and the experience was great. I loved that there was no pressure to buy a car. I worked with Muhammad. The next time I'm in the market to buy or sell, I will for sure have this dealership at the top of the list.

My vehicle was serviced there almost 2 weeks ago. During the oil change a leak was created by the technician and I was informed a replacement part had to be ordered to fix leak.I was allowed to drive off the property with no other information given as to the extent of the leak. Since the leak occurred I was notified the replacement part was in and appointment needed to be made to rectify the leak issue. No problem, but to my surprise especially Considering the negligence of the technician, I didn't think my follow up appointment would be 2 weeks out.I recently called to make them aware that I needed an appointment sooner because my vehicle now smells like gas and the front t end of my vehicle is now smoking(when engine is running). I have called several times and left several messages for a manager to call me and NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL TO ADDRESS MY CONCERN AND OR TO MOVE UP MY APPOINTMENT.I am truly disappointed in the service being given to handle my issue. To me the leak, gas smell and smoking is a big deal and most importantly a liability since the technician was the one to create the leak. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I'm being provided and the lack of professionalism being given by management

Terrible service and wouldn't recommend getting and service done here. I dropped my car off after first calling to make an appointment. My car sat for a week and a half without being looked at and when they did look at it, at no point was there any attempt to call to update me. Brandon is no good. When I called to see if I could get a rental they said that a diagnostic had to be performed. No diagnostic was performed for a weekend and a half. So you can guess no rental car. When I made my final attempt after they had taken the car apart they said they needed to call the warranty service for repairs. This was at noon. I said fine. They waited till end of day to tell me they would call tomorrow morning. When I called back 3x's no one had called.

Service techs are clowns . Needed a new tire, couldn't get the tire. Had to find it myself and bring it to them. They mounted the tire but didn't balance it. I could have done what they did myself. Useless.
