I’ve come to this location before with no issues however today I did not receive the specific oil I requested and therefore i got charged another price that I wasn’t expecting. When I bought this up to the manager as I wanted to be sure I got the correct oil for the price he seemed irritated and was not very pleasant.
The service itself was quick and the environment was clean. I don’t hunk I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon.

I had a great experience here a few days ago! Friendly staff and fast service! I got an oil change and a few other issues fixed! The only problem that wasn’t fixed was one of my headlights. I was told they would both be replaced and was charged, however the right side was still out. However, I overall had a great experience and I highly recommend!

It’s what to expect at a place to get your oil changed. I usually spend about 90 dollars to get a full synthetic oil change. This time I spent about 300 dollars because I got two new filters, a deep cleaning of the engine, and an oil change. The workers are always fast and friendly. I can also go in between oil changes for fluid top offs and tire checks. I like this place.

Their high ($85 oil change only)as Webb Hyundai in Indiana and lost my one of my screws in my glove compartment.

BEWARE. Horrible customer service. Brought our car there three weeks ago and now it’s leaking oil from the oil pan on our driveway and they won’t take any responsibility for it whatsoever. We spent $145 there only to be told there’s nothing they can do. Their oil techs do not know what they are doing. Talking to my family now I found out this has also happened to 2 others who took their cars there in the past 2 years. The manager Marcus says we “have a bad oil gasket” without even looking at it!! How does that happen in 3 weeks after an oil change??? Looking for an honest, reliable place now. Disgusted.

I loved the service I received. I was able to get my oil chancged right before the snow storms hit which really helped me to weather those storms. Thanks to your team at The Duke of Oil. Rest assured, I will be back!!!

I went on Saturday for a oil change first off the boy that pulled me told me let us look to see which one you had had before mind you it's been a while I went here he never told me nothing just started working on the truck I had to go out there to ask! Then they call me into tell me that every thing is filled no it wasn't because on Sunday I had to stop and put brake fluid he even showed me that it was full and it wasn't bells ring and everything that day went and put a full bottle in what a shame and rip off juat because i am a lady I do know things about a vehicle here's a picture

I had a great experience here! After filling a 35psi tire to 50psi, I knew I needed help. I saw this location and took a chance. Not only did the gentlemen there adjust the overfilled tire, they put air in all of my tires for FREE! Thanks!
