“Went here to return an Amazon item but now they charge $1. The staff is very nice and quick but I will choose another merchant (like Staples, Kohls, or Whole Foods) where I can return for free!”
“Showed up on a Monday at noon. Line was out the door when I got there and when I left. The workers were quick and efficient in getting everyone in and out. Great job. Only thing I would say is to add arrows on the floor showing people where to go. People were coming in and had no idea where the line started and they were cutting in front of others.”

“Once i was working in the indian grocery store and i had to shipment to the Michigan city and receiver didn't get the shipment and i called the ups store and they were very helpful and found out where did that shipment went.”

She was the only employee working at this location when I went this morning (Monday, March 11, 2024 at approximately 9:30 a.m.) The store was packed, but she moved from section to section to help people fax, copy, ship, and print all on her own. She was never rude and didn’t seem frustrated with the slow loading of the systems. Wonderful experience. Thank you for your help and kindness, Tameka!
