I had a great car buying experience. Very friendly staff!! They gave me a very good price on my trade in. David Ericks was phenomenal with helping us choose the right fit for our family. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. The entire staff made my kids feel right at home and be part of the whole process. I highly recommend checking their family owned car lot out before a big corporate car lot. It was a much more personal experience then just getting me in a car and out the door. I couldn't be happier with our vehicle and experience.

Was so nice to purchase a vehicle from people who truly care for there customers, Wasn’t beat up to buy a Ton of Add ons that are Useless like the car dealerships due, Wheel, Fabric, Gloss treatment, Windshield treatment, All additional dealer add’s that take Your hard earned money & have very little value. We were looking for a heavy duty pick-up truck and the team at Richardson's was amazing. We didn't feel rushed to purchase, they took their time to answer all questions, and exceeded our expectations to fix a couple vehicle details. They provided the entire Carfax report and not just a summary. They don't add any hidden extra fees into the price and they made the buying process very easy. I would recommend Richardsons' to anyone looking for a vehicle, they're a great trusted local business!

Just purchased a 2020 Jeep from Gary & Jonathan Richardson. They made Purchasing the Jeep so Easy for Us & answered all our questions & answered some we hadn't even Thought of! Jonathan went thru the Jeep with Us & explained everything & even hooked Up my Phone for Me. Debby RIchardson had all our Title work done within a Day. They had vehicle advertised as a black vehicle. I also asked for pics of any dings dents etc.. we drove 2.5 hours to pull in and see the vehicle was grey. Also had golf ball dent on front of the roof. Very disappointing!
