One of the only appliance parts stores anywhere near and they are open the hours....well when I'm at work and cannot get there. I have been told this is the place to go. But their hours suck and I am unable to get there. So I have to make a long drive to a different parts store. It's just frustrating to have a business that normal 9-5 workers can't ever get to

I really don't have any complaints, but this closing at 4pm is ridiculous. People still call after 4pm and I really need to pick up parts after 4pm. You are the only parts store in the area. Also being close on Saturday s no better

I tried to return a brand new motor that I bought from them 2 days prior, never even removed the Styrofoam from the box, but the women still wouldn't give me a refund.Refused to help and "there's nothing else I can do". No customer service.I contacted upper management. They were able to issue me a refund, with no issues. Branch Manager, Chad, thank you for your help! Much obliged.

Good people great prices. I’m a hvac contractor I know they deal more in appliance parts but they stock a great selection of hvac parts. I have never had an issue I with they had more locations.

I’m not the person to leave a review whether good or bad, but I had such a terrible experience that I need to say something.They should rename this place Unreliable Parts. Ordered parts and was given the run around for 2+ months telling me the opposite of what the previous person said. Stating my parts were in stock shipped and in Indianapolis to they were never shipped and back ordered. After waiting 2+ months I canceled my order only for them to short me on the reimbursement! Called multiple people that couldn’t help me until I went in to the store, in which they were very short/ rude. I recommend looking elsewhere for parts unless they have them on hand.
