The assistant manager, Jorge, was SO sweet when I went to sign up tonight. He walked me through the process of signing up and talked to me about a previous location I’d been to before. Jorge really exemplified great customer service.I can’t wait to go back!

Clean place, greet you coming n in n out n helpful staff. A lil crowded since the place is smaller than the average PF. But, ppl have good gym etiquette of getting there sets done n moving on instead of doing 10 or 20 sets of the same thing or being on the phone or socializing n taking forever. N it's a good vibe. Nobody sizing nobody up. Every one on the same mission ? ??Bathrooms remain clean n equipment stay getting wiped down. Very clean gym ??♂️

No bike rack! Asked several times and they just keep stalling. Today no heat. If you have no control over your business due to building owner hire a lawyer or move! Send out an email or something next time telling members there is no heat! Ridiculous!

This location was much larger than my current location.My likes:* the workout area is clean* the locker room and shower areas clean* service is awesome* more equipmentDislikes:* as a member of Planet Fitness, I shouldn't have to pay a fee. !
