I really like the stuff that work here but please remove the cacti I have a high functioning child that wants to touch the fuzzy cactus in the waiting room

The appointment was at 2pm and we didn't leave til after 4. She went in the back about 2:10. Idk why it always takes so long but it's very frustrating.
