I stopped by this Pilot in the morning just to take a shower after a working night and take a break. The application on the phone does not work for reservations, and the girl at the counter said that I have to fill up to get a shower. What a delusion. Miserably. I'll go to the other one and skip this one, because it's not convenient to park at all

Very bad Pilot. 1) Not only tight and small but on top it has surrounded all truck pumps with yellow poles sticking out excessively. 2) The reefer pump stopped several times 3) the LOW QUALITY OF DEF CAUSED MANY PROBLEMS TO MY SEMI TRUCK. It was written on the dashboard and it clogged the DPF as it is shown in the pics. Avoid this Pilot at any cost, it will cause you problems. Afterward truck had all kinds of lights meaning clogged filters. So far truck has performed 12 regens to burn the fumes and it's not done yet! DON'T FUEL THERE

Whenever I go here for gas, the pumps never give the receipt. So this time I go in, as I need receipt for business puproses. I quietly step off to the side, thinking cashier could just hit the button & hand it over. I wait for a moment to nicely ask for the reciept. He never acknowledged i was there, so I asked & he suggested I get in the line; where truckers are making large money exchanges (who knows), people are buying groceries & lottery tickets & cigarrets from across the room.
I just wanted the receipt. I asked again if he could give to me. He suggested again to get into the line. By this time I have earned my place in the line., as everyone who had been in line had gone.
I left & just took a pic of my pump screen for my records.
I called to speak with the manager. When I asked for them, 'Mel' had put up her guard (by her tone) already, "I am 1".
I explained to her. She didn't ask when or who the cashier was,.My guess is she was there & witnessed this. She did apologize; but took the cashier's side.
They need to get the receipt issue resolved & teach people empathy.
I don't believe I'll be back there.

We got 150 gallons + of fuel. There was no coffee, security is present, a large dog inside, a receptacle in bathroom for USED NEEDLES. I was given a hard time even to get a cup of coffee, which there was none anyway, and gave my partner a hard time about taking a shower. This is on exit 5, go to exit 6 instead, where there are more choices and better service.

Best prices around on fuel. They would be 5 stars if they could keep their receipt printers working at the pumps.

Clean bathroom, but only 2 hour parking. They dont even have a PJ fresh. Glad I have time to wander around and find another truck stop.
