Made a purchase online. Offered free shipping but never mentioned it would be a door dash delivery with additional tip. I feel taken advantage of by Petco. I will be sticking with Chewy from now on.

I will only go to petco now because of the great customer service I received. Friendly and quick staff. The woman at the cash register was a sweetheart.

Had my second appointment here for my yorkie puppy shots. First experience was OK quick easy we were in and out for the most part and got the information I needed but this visit we’ve been waiting over an hour and 20 minutes for our appointment. There is no structure. and the whole process leaves you with an irritable animal definitely will try a different store for future visits. They need some type of waiting area seats chairs something the whole experience was trash today. I’m only given two stars because some of the staff that I Encountered were very pleasant the groomer in the back was very nice and one of the staff members who was on the floor and approached us was very nice

I like this pet store. Pet accidents are cleaned up quickly. Organized. Monitors its stock pretty well, so they don't usually run out of stuff. The only issue I have is the curbside service. I've tried curbside twice and ended up going in the store after waiting 20 minutes or more.

I am upset of how many dead fish I’ve seen today. Then, half the fish were eating the dead ones. I’ve counted 12. I went in to buy new friends for my fish tank but I had to leave right away due to seeing that and never picked up any fish. I definitely wish the workers would check on them more often as many were up front just chatting. I understand fish pass away but one of the fishes beautiful scales were completely chewed off & it looks like the dead fish have been in the tank for a long while (most likely a day or more), meaning the water has most likely been contaminated.
