Unprofessional. arrived to my appointment turns out they had left for the day, made me waste my time and gas . Why even have a schedule smh!

After spending $15.00 for a dog sweater, the cashier handed us the sweater with no bag. When we asked for a bag to put our purchase in, the cashier said if we wanted a bag, it would cost us 10cents. Talk about corporate GREED! What bullshit. Sorry, Petco, you have lost me as a customer!
