I walked in... Stood there for 17 minutes while being ignored by more than 1 employee. Not 1 word was spoken as 1 employee stood with the only other customer! 17 minutes !!!Never going back there!!!!! Total disrespect!

I really am so grateful for O’Reilly’s. Anytime I have issues with my car, I always get parts and things from here. They honored my warranty even though I was about a week and a half past its deadline and helped me get back on the road. I really can’t thank you enough, especially in this cold weather.
