I went to Office Depot for two things: a brown sharpie and red construction paper. I prefer to support brick & mortar stores when possible. They had a display where every color sharpie could be purchased... with almost no sharpies, only black. Their paper section was the same, mostly empty with only a few colors. However, the staff were friendly and helpful so this review is 2 stars.

I order an office desk online to pickup at the store and in matter of minutes a got a notification that my order was ready to pick up. It was impressive how fast they pull my order, I do definitely will make this my GO store to supply my business ,when it comes to reliability ,time it’s all it matters and this store nailed it.

I have always had great customer service when I visited Office Depot in Highland. The employees are always kind and have taken the time to assist me whenever I have needed assistance with purchase and their copy services.

Went in tonight to get an item that the website said was available for in-store pick up. Decided to go in and get it myself instead of pre-purchasing before I got there and turns out it wasn’t in stock. While that stinks b/c I needed it tonight, the employee is what made the encounter memorable. He didn’t care at all about anything other than that I was inconveniencing him by asking about something he didn’t have. No customer service whatsoever. Maybe all the other employees are great, if so, I’m sorry they have to work with him.
