I purchase my ink and paper at Office Depot. Sometimes I find a nice bargain that I didn't know I needed. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

Sadly, the employee "G" that works behind the printing and shipping counter is completely useless. I asked for help on the self serve printers, as neither of them were working and he said, "that's weird cuz they just were working" and then said he would be right with me. Then proceeded to help 2 customers that came after me with their shipping. I questioned whether he would be helping me next when he began to help a 3rd customer and his answer was that unless I wanted to place a "full service" print job with him at the counter, he could not help me but could turn the printer on and off for me and hoped that would help. It did not help and neither did he. He is completely and utterly useless as an employee!! As a small business owner, I expect better customer service from my employees and thought Office Depot did as well. Sadly, this does not to be the case. I think it's time that the management had a talk with "G" and if he's as useless (or maybe just lazy) as he seems, time to take him off the floor and have him unload boxes in the back. Unless that's too difficult for him too??

Their were two Gentlemen assisting me wonderfully so. Very professional and knew how to assist me with pulling documents off of my laptop for printing. I really appreciate their assistance. On Oct 15th 2021 around 12:30 in the Afternoon.

Giving 4 stars because of the amount of wait time. Ordered on a Fri and wasn't ready until a week after the following Monday. Wasn't a difficult print. One color both sides. Wanted it quicker but didn't want to pay for the faster turnaround.

I bought a bed on layaway. Jason couldn't have been nicer. The delivery men were quick, polite, and professional. Will definitely buy my next bed there.

This store will have what you need, but can be expensive. They have a nice office service dept that can make anything for you. However, don't use their self-service copy machines. You have to insert your debit card, and you will find a 5 dollar debit on your card for copies that cost 39 cents. This happened to me twice on the same day.

I just called there four times and never even got to speak to anybody. Every time I called the automated system wanted me to choose a department and I chose for different departments and nobody answered any of them, including just general customer service questions. The last time I called I waited for 5 solid minutes for somebody to answer the phone and nobody did so I'll never be back to this store again
