I don’t know if anyone feels a little intimidated walking into a mattress store especially when no one else is there, I do. But within the first 2 minutes I felt comfortable. Bob was very welcoming and not pushy. He figured what I was looking for and allowed me to try almost every mattress. Bob was so knowledgeable and that made it easier to choose. All in all I enjoyed shopping at Mattress Firm with Bob.

Andy was excellent! Me and my partner went in with no intention of buying anything and we were just shopping around to compare prices. Andy made sure we knew all our pricing options and helped us find the mattress that was perfect for us!

We had a great experience at this location, I can't remember the sales guy we were talking with. He was amazing definitely made our visit a good one and was patient with us while browsing and trying to figure out what the best option would be to meet our needs and financially.
