Very professional, fast \\u0026 reliable. Told Neil my issue that I had been stressed about lost all my files and accounts and he quickly knew how to resolve my issue in the convenience of my home without unplugging wires and detaching tower, remotely resolved my problem and removed some malware issues I had as well. Definitely a happy customer and will be keeping him for any further pc technical problems. And his rates very reasonable a big +!! Thank you again Neil for being a lifesaver!
