There is an outstanding sales associate by the name of Tammy in shoe department at store number 0229. She took time to assist me to find a great pair of sandles. There is also are outstanding managers by the name of Joy and Susie. Both ladies are grand. This is why I love to shop at Kohls. Thank you and happy 4th of July. :)

I went shopping there today and I was only in there for 30 minutes. I love their clothes and how they fit me. I found everything I needed except a pair of women's Capris for a picnic. All they had were dressy ones. But the thing that really turned me off was the smell inside the store. They have literally what smells like a strong perfume coming out of the AC Vents and it's so strong. People like I that have severe allergies, it's very hard to breathe in there. They really need to bring the amount that they use of that down to about a quarter of what they use now.

On Wednesday, June 18th, the store was trying a new process - two lines at the customer service desk. One line is for purchase only and the other line is for returns, exchanges and online purchases. There was only one person this morning at the customer service as she awaiting the arrival for the second persons. Her name is JODY and she took on both lines and noticed. Isomers leaving with a smile. My experience with the new process and Jody checking me out was WONDERFUL! Not only was Jody fast at servicing thr customers, she was professional and hospitable. I personally let her know that I acknowledged this and thanked her for a great experience. JODY is to be commended for single-handedly taking on the challenges of the new line process and making it a success.

I would rather drive to the Merrillville store where you can actually have a person wait on you and ring you out instead of having to ring yourself out or standing in a long HOT line....its crazy older people don't want yo use the stupid self check outs..most likr yo use cash! I work in retail and its a hard pass at this store anymore...to what save on the people going NEED to hire....skip that!!

Found exactly what I wanted reasonably priced. The cashier went out of her way to find me an even greater discount. Would have paid much more at Victoria's Secret. At Kohl's I got two for the price of one.

Always have great service at Kohls. Buying ahead and picking up at the store is always the best way to go!

Mediocre employees and the clearance prices are very high. They should be lower.
