review is only on customer service as of now because i was only looking after a terrible experience at another dealership. Jack was soooo pleasant to speak with and we arranged for me to come another day and test drive the vehicle I am interested in. I already pulled a carfax and everything he said seems true. We will see when I test drive it. Very nice to deal with so far. A pleasant change from most car places.

They're prejudice the young car salesman would not let me test drive the H2 Hummer, before purchase. He said they do things differently, nobody cannot test drive the cars or trucks unless you are ready to purchase. Out of all the times I have been to a car dealership, I have never in my life heard of such at all. That is crazy,welp good luck selling the 17,900 dollar Hummer H2 with the exhaust leak. Because nobody will not buy it. For next 2 or 3 months the Hummer will still sit Good Luck!!!

Brought a suv gmc two mo.later had to put a new battery than transmission fix and later a motor took back before all this happen and was told nothing was wrong and I still have paper work to prove it.this was 2010 gmc got it in 2020

Got a truck for 13k and within first week cam shaft piston and crankshaft piston had to be replaced. Couple months later ignition coils and spark plugs and even after fixing that it just won't pass emissions. For the price of the truck, should have at least got a year out of it with no problems but now I can't even get it plated

I bought a car here 2/1/2020 and owned it until yesterday cuz it was time to upgrade. No complaints. Was a fine transaction that lasted for 3 1/2 years.

My first experience buying a car from a dealer and it was amazing! They were very polite and patient. Not pushy but still provided options and were really helpful in general. I test drove probably 7 vehicles in a day and they were very accommodating and patient with me until I found the perfect fit! Would definitely recommend. Great inventory and great service!!

We bought a 15,000 Impala, one week later discovered 1,600 worth of electrical issues! 2 months after purchase the car was hit and totaled, we contacted the warranty company for a refund only to discover HOMESTEAD MOTORS has the check they'll receive a portion of the warranty AND THEN they'll send us what's left. NOTE ... THEY RECEIVE A KICK BACK FROM ALL EXTENDED WARRANTIES THEY GET CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE!! STAY AWAY!!!!
