The most beautiful place you enter. They repair your jewelry and you can purchase anything you like there . I love it and they are very friendly the whole staff all family. Took my wedding band to them after being recommended by a friend. I explain to them what I needed done with the ring and they said they would get back to me when it was ready, which they did and let me know when it was ready. Three days later, it was done I couldn't pick up due to weekend plans and they were closed on Monday . I picked it up on a Tuesday and the ring look exactly like it did when it was giving to me 29 years ago. They folks are friendly , professional and motivated into pleasing their customers. David is a master. My then fiancé took pieces of sea glass we collect together on our beach and although I’m sure he was horrified as a jeweler, he turned them, and a really nice center diamond into MY perfect engagement ring. I’m a 40 yr customer

I just want to say I really appreciate this store for being here. I usually come here to get my watches sized, and they’re always very nice and determined to satisfy the customer. I apologize for not getting your name, but the younger woman who works there has always been a very big help, very nice, and everybody else who works there has also been very nice to be every other time I’ve been there. Awesome place to go for your jewelry needs or to get a watch sized! I’m sure there’s other services that also provide

Got my engagement ring from here and recently found a wedding band to match. The staff were friendly and patient, and I appreciate they didn’t push me to make a decision on the spot like other jewelers tend to do. Thank you!

I recently needed a piece of jewelry repaired and, based on Yelp reviews, decided to go to Highland Jewelers. I was greeted in a very friendly manner and attended to right away. The issue was resolved quickly, expertly and at a significantly lower price than I anticipated. I highly recommend Highland Jewelers based on their expertise, professionalism and honesty. I think they deserve 6 stars!

David customized my wedding ring 11 years ago and created a second band for my ring this winter. He is so talented and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for jewelry! My second band fits perfectly with my unique wedding ring. Pictures don’t do it justice!

I needed a new battery in my watch. It had never been changed before. I was going on a vacation and really wanted to have it. I was nicely acknowledged when I came in the door, and a very nice gentleman took my watch to his desk to work on it. I wandered around, browsing, then went back to the gentleman working on my watch. It was obvious he was having a problem, so he asked another gentleman to assist him. They worked on it for a while, then a third gentleman came to see if he could figure things out. I kept expecting them to hand it back to me, apologizing that it was too much of a problem. But they did not. They had tried several tools, then the third man went in the back and got something else and, in a little bit, they got it open. I had apologized several times, but they could not have been nicer or more patient. I truly felt that at any other place, it would have been handed back to me. Years ago, with a different watch, that happened, but with much less effort on their part. They were immensely calm, patient and polite. I really appreciate service like that, and highly recommend them.
