Appointment was for 4:45 .. Two other customers came in after 5 and went in and out while we still waited... Waited and waited for one and half hours until we just walked out .. Worst and rudest experience we have had from a VET in 50 years owning animals !!!!!

Excellent experience. From the front desk to the vet techs and the veterinarian, everyone was wonderful and kind. They took great care of my cat who needed a full work up. Clear explanations of findings of blood work and prompt call back from Dr.Asklov. Highly recommend!

Great experience so far!! My vet closed unexpectedly and Highland has taken over their records. Very overwhelming for them in sure but they are so polite and friendly. Just had my puppy neutered and very happy with their care

I very much appreciate Dr. Scott’s care and expertise in helping my older mini poodle this past week. From the detailed biannual exam in which Dr Scott uncovered a potential problem to the diagnostic test to determine what could be done, I felt my dog was in very good hands. Dr. Scott spent time keeping me updated by phone and she also took extra time to contact my previous vet in another state where my dog had the same test a few years ago so she could compare results. As well, the techs and the office staff were great at providing info and calming my dog and helping with scheduling. Thank you, Highland Animal Hospital!

Woodmar closed, so we were shipped to Highland Animal Hospital. These people are over whelmed with this transition and doing a great job. Friendly atmosphere there, and the staff is there for you and your pets needs. I think it will be a smooth transition for us if you give them time and help with the understanding part. Good job, Highland.

I went on Friday, September 8th to take my cat, @ 8pm, left at about 1:20am, it was OK, was there for five hours, but they had to do x-rays, that’s probably why, and then there were other priorities that came in that had to be seen, and have surgery first. . A bit overpriced, but they do work with you, IF, you get excepted for the care credit card, otherwise you have to go in there with a credit card, of your own, with a healthy limit or cash, kind of sucks, if you don’t have a lot of money. .Came back on Sunday morning, at about 8 AM, to take my other two cats in, because they caught the URI with bronchitis, from my other cat . . I forgot the doctors name, but she was wonderful, very helpful, informative, caring, professional, etc, they both were wonderful Friday and Sunday, I had two different doctors. She tried to get me in and out (on Sunday)took me right back, because they didn’t want to get any of the other pets sick, because they had possible upper respiratory infection. The only reason we were there longer, is because I requested an x-ray for both, just like I got on my other cat, which takes longer, and they do a blood test, which results come in a week. So we ended up leaving at like 1230 1 o’clock, but before I requested an x-ray, I was done in about an hour, hour and a half tops. I was going to give it four stars, because Friday was good, but since Sunday was better, I decided on 5, other than it being pricey, and maybe the wait, Sunday was fantastic, and Bree, (I forgot her last name, but she knows who she is ;D) the assistant, or nurse, was wonderful in every way!???

Our dog has been a patient at Highland Animal Hospital since late 2017 and we hold all the doctors, techs and front desk staff in the highest regard. Most recently, they made every effort to squeeze in an appointment for our suddenly incapacitated dog within 10 minutes of my initial request for an appointment, making an alarming situation less stressful than it might otherwise have been.

I've been with Highland Animal Hospital since *I* was a child, actually. You're who my parents always used for my childhood pets and they were always so well taken care of despite Poppy and Maisie throwing curveballs as often as their little kitty paws could in terms of their health over the years. I've never had a bad experience with Highland or any of your staff, and I hope that I can continue to bring my little furry friends to you all for years to come.

After finding out the our veterinarian had closed without even giving us a notice, I called Highland to see if they would take us as new patients. Lisa answer the phone and she was extremely accommodating and guide me and help me get in ASAP as I needed medication for Milo. On my appointment day everyone was very welcoming and DR. Roman was great with Milo… highly recommended them.

Called to try and schedule my dog an appointment since her regular vet has been closed down and before I was able to speak the lady who answered had a bad attitude. And when I was trying to explain my dog’s situation (which wasn’t an emergency) she cut me off and started saying they don’t take walks in and were booked that whole week (I know most vets don’t take walk ins hence why I called to BOOK). I was trying to book for the week after anyway but she didn’t let me get that far. This isn’t the kind of service I would feel comfortable trusting my dog’s health with .

Dr. Mahoney is a wonderful caregiver. We are happy she is taking over Hari's care from Dr. Giles. ALL the techs are excellent, and it is great to be able to receive test results quickly via email. These are some of the many reasons Highland has been our pets' doctor for 25 years and counting.
