Terrible experience working with them… I was waiting for this response. We have a huge contract with grimmer and they don’t follow through when it counts. We were told that the work would result in a quality relationship and work performance was amazing. But when it came to payment, all I can say is that didn’t make us whole. Stay far away from them if it’s a big job. They don’t pay their bills and ignore client. What a convenient excuse: “we son@5 have you in our database.”

I was involved in a minor auto accident and went to this place for some basic repairs. Unfortunately the rear end collision I received from the owner of Grimler Automotive was far worse. And this was no accident. Avoid at all costs. Owner does NOT honor his commitments. Spend your money elsewhere.

The Grimler team was not only quick and efficient but my car has ran better than it has in years. For a fair price they helped me out of a dire situation. My car was leaking oil and the thermostat was busted, they not only took me in an hour after calling, but had the job done next day. Every interaction was not only kind but caring. Chris worked with me to find the best options and pricing. Safe to say I'll be a repeat customer. 10/10 can't recommend enough. And a special thanks to Sam! You guys are amazing.

As an auto mechanic of 50 years that doesn’t want to work on his cars anymore, I was so happy to find Grimler Automotive! They know automobiles and are honest and priced well! There is no reason to go anywhere else.
