Here they charged me for an alignment that they didn't do and the worst of all is that they agree to lie and steal your money. You really have to think about visiting a place like this again.

I called yesterday because I needed a tire I talked to Quinn he got me in and out fast. He even had the Exact tire that I want. I was told that I needed to replace all my tires and i didn't understand why until Quinn show me and Explain why i need tires. Next month i will be back to replace my other 3 tires
Quinn also told me of other services that is offered and today I'm back for an oil change. He customer service was on great.

Total scam artist. They want 1k to replace tie rod ends. $60 in parts. $940 in labor for an hour job.

I was looking for some tires and we all know there expensive especially for some 285 70 r17 and I called so many places who were very high in price and looked up so many tires and I called goodyear and I delt with Quinn and he helped me out alot and I finally decided I wanted some nitto ridge grapplers and he had one I could look at and he got them for me at a really good price compared to everyone else so my pics will be of my old duratracs to my new nittos ..I do recommend this place good people and good service. Thanks again to Quinn and goodyear in highland ind.

Tire monitoring system code came on, went to Goodyear. Said they couldn’t find anything wrong and put air in tires. Next day same problem, went to Goodyear again and they just put air in tires again and says come back another time and they will look for leaks, even though I told them this is a daily problem. So I just went ahead and ordered 4 new set and had Goodyear in crown point install. Why couldn’t the problem been fixed the first time instead of giving me run around?

My husband and I were traveling from northern Kentucky to Chicago to catch a flight to Europe when we noticed low pressure in one of our tires. Called Mike at Levin Goodyear. He worked us right in, plugged the tire at no charge since we had Goodyear tires on our car. Thank you for saving our trip! Would have been a real bummer to arrive at the airport to find a flat tire.
