Don't bother making an appointment for your oil change...they take customers in the order that they come in, so if there are a couple of walk-ins right before your scheduled appointment, you'll be stuck waiting 3 hours for your "scheduled" oil change, like I just did. And the last time I was there for an oil change, they forgot I was waiting for it, and it sat in the parking lot for over half an hour, when I went looking for it. I'm done with this place. Never again.

The service department, was great with me, always got excellent service, from James and 1 gal,that I like. Some advisers are not the friendliest. Most of the people at dealership are nice. Buy a car and do your service there, you won't be sorry. If you live by Detroit, the same dealership,is very nice also.

My sale rep never showed, and the car mainly I wanted to drive had to clean up the huge stain in back seat, and cig burn in front. Not to mention the dents. The sales assistant had no idea what I was looking for in her defense.

The service dept is aweful. I made an appointment for 8:00. 3 month old car (blazer) and I have A bad cylinder. It took them till 3 pm to tell me this and then the loaner they gave me was absolutely filthy. Can't imagine how long they will have my car .
