I'm not a fan of this location. The staff is rude.They gossip about each other. The manager, Tyina is horrible. Very unskilled as how to run a store . This store has gone down. Messy! Employees shouldn't park in front spots. Should be for customers, especially handicapped people!! HORRIBLE customer service.

Can definitely tell this store is under new management! As we all know taking over a disaster isn't easy, but the new store manager, Tynia, and her team are doing their best and really making strides! First time I've been here in a while where carts aren't blocking the isles and stuff is on the shelves. They are working as a team and the cashier who took care of me, Vontrice, was so personable and polite. Ms. Linda is a staple and glad she's still part of the team. Keep up the great work! You guys are definitely making a difference!!

At this point why even stay open. Just close the store or find better help. It’s ridiculous this store opens randomly and closes early daily at this point.

Just left the store on 45th in highland. The two workers were mingling away from the register with very very extremely loud personal talk like telling talk. Complaining about other workers hours etc. Took a while to come to the register due to carrying on the loud outbursts. I told the cashier it's not good for business to have customers hear the personal workplace beefs . I don't usually say anything but it was extremely uncouth anirritating. The cashier rudely said eell i dont know what your talking a about while shaking her head in itritation then rudely said you have NICE day. I've lived here 50 years and never have experienced this type of bad customer service and bad moral work ethic.

Came here at 9:35p and the doors were locked. If the sign on the door says 10pm...why are you locking up before 9:50pm?

Two stores supposed to be open at 8 AM. Both not open at 9am. Call and no answer. Call this number on the door for district manager, no answer and the mailbox is full and will not take any more messages.

The morning manager reeks of alcohol. I prefer to visit at night when the shorter lady with glasses is working. Great prices

Rip off. Get less product, that’s why it’s cheaper. You are basically paying the same as Walgreens. Boxes everywhere, it’s like a maze. I spend way too much here for it to be a dollar store and not walking out with many items!!! I stopped going!

They are doing a great job, times are tough everywhere. Shopping is surprisingly pleasant here compared to larger stores in the area. I have not had a problem with years of shopping here. Thank you

Worst experience ever never coming back. I was raised to treat everyone with respect and kindness and manager made me feel unwelcome when I only wanted to use bathroom and buy box cleannex. I Feel she made her co-worker scared to speak up.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Whoever the short lady is who drives the big black truck that works at DG?! (DONT KNOW YOUR NAME OR ELSE I WOULD CALL YOU OUT) YOU. ARE. HORRIBLE. no customer service. Lazy as hell! DISRESPECTFUL!!! How are you still working there? I wish someone would fire you…AVOID HIGHLAND DG IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! Im usually not one to complain about stores or businesses online. But this woman HAS TO GO!!!!!
