I really like this CVS store because they greet customers with a smile. If I have any problems looking for something they will take the time to help you.

Just moved from out of state in March 2024 from Florida and, at this point, I have found this CVS to one be of the best I have used in the past two decades. Very responsive to personal needs and "most generally" pleasant employees in the pharmacy. This is particularly taken in comparison to the CVS on 45th Street where they were totally incompetent in processing an electronic order from my doctor, resulting me in using that location just the once before a friend recommended this CVS.
I will mention that this location is fairly aggressive in promoting vaccines but a simple "no" is respectfully accepted.

Three stars for convenience but prices are seemingly higher than other stores. It’s a plus that they have self check out but sometimes the scales on the machine get jacked up and have to wait for assistance. Never had issues with staff. They are always friendly.

If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. The pharmacy manager Samawia is incredibly rude and was confrontational. Her staff falls in that category too, but that’s not a surprise seeing as how their management conducts themselves. Her unprofessionalisn should not be acceptable!!!! As soon as you walk up with anything they are ready with their passive aggressive condescending tones no matter how normal you speak with them about the matter at hand. They lack patience which shows in their actions, their faces, their tones. Whole staff needs to be retrained and attitude adjustment.

They hardly ever have my medicine's in stock. Always get the same excuse that it's not in stock and to check back in 2 business days. And then they will contact your doctors office and tell them to call me and have me call different locations and pharmacies to try and find the meds. Didn't know that was part of my job to do that.

I've never had any issues with CVS, the staff and pharmacist are usually pretty helpful. The only problem I've had is not having prescription medication available in stock but have had that problem elsewhere as well.

I had issues at my cvs, I called these ladies (09/14/2023) that worked that night and had my prescription finished in 5 minutes after I told them I was desperate for my antibiotics. I appreciate their compassion and speed.

I went to pick up some packages tonight that I had sent here from Williams-Sonoma, and one of the clerks named Travis told me that because my license has a different address than what is on my package, by law, he couldn’t give it to me. But, he would this time. And anyone else there would not have done so either. First of all, learn the law. That is not illegal. Second, I was there last night to pick up another package I ordered from the same merchant. Third, you do not withhold my items which I paid for. I moved and that is why my address is different. Finally, how dare you try and humiliate me in front of other customers, implying that those were not my items, like I was trying to steal my own stuff?! Let’s see what corporate has to say.

I go here weekly I'm a coupon/discount shopper and I have to keep up with what has this & that. The staff is super friendly except but there's always one mean,moody, mammajamma in every establishment but that's life. So yes run to CVS and enjoy the staff that treats you like ? Cheers where everybody knows your name
