My usual location is on Ridge Road however, I do work at this location when they need training of new hires. Thankfully, the guest bathroom has been fixed! “Just moved from out of state in March 2024 from Florida and, at this point, I have found this CVS to one be of the best I have used in the past two decades. Very responsive to personal needs and "most generally" pleasant employees in the pharmacy. This is particularly taken in comparison to the CVS on 45th Street where they were totally incompetent in processing an electronic order from my doctor, resulting me in using that location just the once before a friend recommended this CVS.
I will mention that this location is fairly aggressive in promoting vaccines but a simple "no" is respectfully accepted.”
“First time I stopped here I couldn't get the app to work. The cashier took the time to show me what I was doing wrong. Good People & Service Love their Cravens ( cookies and baked goods)???”
“The staff is nice, but the gas is pricier than the other stations around. I go to Mobil because I have a Plenti Card I like to use to get points (if you don't have a plenti card, you should look into it). The gas station itself is clean and there is a car wash there as well. I go here all of the time. They don't have the free vacuums and air like another Mobil a few miles away, but it's closer to home and I'm satisfied either way.”
“My husband came in today Sunday with my son to transflo his paperwork, and get us good fresh coffee. He was greeted at the door by a gentleman as he opened the door for my son and hubby. This is my husband's favorite truck stop, he always gets the best customer service but today was even better. In and out always. Thank you to your training and management team, you guys are doing everything right.”
