I was referred by a good friend. I needed a label printed to return an item. Although what was sent me presented a problem, Chuck was quick to think and helped me out. I highly recommend this place. Very professional and friendly. I will definetly use again if I need to.

It's the former Highland Pack & Parcel under new management. They offer the same services as before (printing, shipping, packing supplies, etc.) Nothing noteworthy, positive or negative.

I never send anything back by fedex. service was bad. I paid here for the shipment but they never said that the recipient had to pay to receive. previously USPS never charges recipients for receiving their package. FEDEX charges a lot here and recipients pay more for receiving.
