Should be no stars. Just called the sales department to get more information about selling my vehicle. Sales rep was super rude & a jerk. When, I said, "Sir, you seem annoyed, like you have to go." He said, "I do have to go and clicked on me." Called and left a VM to the general manager. I've been with Circle for 10 years, that is no way to have treated a loyal customer and referral person. That one guy changed my whole attitude about Circle.
It was not James. It sounds like the guy always outside smoking, which is gross too. You always smell like smoke!
To the owner-What does me giving a church store one star have to do with you? Did you read the review?
And, no you did not listen to the call, because I never got one call back, nor did he give me any answers. He wanted to get off the phone. So please don't lie.

My initial review would’ve been terrible because of how Brian treated me…however, Joe Mendez made my experience worthwhile. He was kind, answered all questions with a smile, and ultimately assisted me in purchasing my 2024. Id recommend him to the world if I could.

I’ve purchased vehicles at Circle for 2.5 decades. I’ve never had a bad experience. Because of my schedule there were two salespeople assisting me, James and Kathy. Both were very helpful and professional. Circle GMC does a great job at developing a professional culture with their sales team. I’ll continue to purchase vehicles because of the way they treat their clients and the pricing is reasonable.
