Ive been here for a long while 10yrs. No problems with the staff. Low star reviews seem pretty irrelevant to the actual highland bank location

I'm impressed. The line was long and it was very busy. The service was polite and they got me out quickly on a Saturday. I was in there maybe 4 minutes and three people were in line ahead of me with 2 people already at the window.
