my car is a 1989 honda accord,. only place to ever take any car.. Tim does very good work because he takes the TIME. and theyre not overpriced either,. :always go to CARS PLUS,,!!best place to buy tires from cuz he knows all about them too, he takes time to explain things 2.

Yes this a great car repair place. They have always treated me very well & professional. Especially Tim he is the one who takes all your complaints concerning your car an he writes them down an he makes you feel comfortable in not to worry about that they will take care of it an gives you a great time an day an he even tell you how much it will cost to examine your car an how much for the entire service in case you agree to there work service. So you would be very happy & Content with the service writer an the service of the shop. I recommend anyone to go there for there car service not a rip off but reasonable prices. I've been to this place of business several times...and each time my contact was with Tim, the gentleman at the front desk....has been nothing but professional...His professionalism gives the place an outstanding review...first impressions is everything to me and most....it's because of that first contact when I first walked through the door that kept coming back... and he still maintains that mannerism EVERY EVERY time.....I strongly recommend this place of business...

I gave them an average because they didn't actually repair the car or look at the car it was towed over and I believe they were too busy to check it out but my disappointment came when they told me to be $150 an hour just to view the vehicle. I typically frequent shops that have a flat rate for diagnosis unless they run into a very extreme situation but to tell me $150 an hour I could go to the dealer for that and this car was not worth going to the dealer also they stated $150 per hour would not be put toward any repairs done so they can easily tell me $850 for a few hours of supposed diagnosis and the car never be repaired that's just too much for people who might have a car that's a little older or just not really worth putting a whole lot of money in too. Yet I did see the shop with other customers who will probably customers who've been there for a while so I in all fairness and honesty I would not say they were a bad shop they're just not the shop for me and my family

I've been a loyal customer of Cars Plus for years because of their excellent customer service. But AAA sucks because you left us stranded for 6 hours with a very sick dog that we were trying to get home ?.

The manager of the repair shop was kind and helpful and friendly. He listened to my observations and responded with courtesy. My car is old. So, I know that when anything happens, I can expect professional respect as my car is being serviced. Thank you Tim all of the technicians who worked on the car.
