Now they know me by name and typeof car i like to reserve. that is the level of care they take for a customer. Will rent with them again.”

The loaner was nice and Enterprise and our insurance made it very simple to pick up our loaner. Staff was awesome. They were quick, friendly, and ready to answer any questions we had. Upon returning the car, different staff members were all very polite, quick, and helpful.”

So grateful for the patience & kindness of the 2 gentleman working today, they were amazing. While I'm not thrilled with my stupidity, I am thrilled with their patience and commitment to get me taken care of and on my way, which happened literally 2 minutes before they closed.
