Pissed, spoke to the manager directly in regards to a open box buy, he assured me that it worked and all contents was there, I live almost a hour away, and didn’t want to buy unless I knew it was there, low and behold, no freakin power cord, what really sucks is you can even call the fin store, like ever! BestBuy Customer Service, sorry you guys must do better!! Like must!!! And now I have to either return locally or spend money on a power cord!! Manager u sadly were wrong on this one!! (Here’s a pic of all the cords, and they are all to the sub, and 2 remotes) SMH

ThI workers are just walking around talking to each other and when you ask for help or ask a question they say it’s not their department and they don’t know. A lot of the stuff is locked up so you have to wait forever for someone to come help you land it’s not like it used to be. I used to live this Best Buy but not anymore. I see why people prefer to order online.
