“Years ago I met a man named Scooter at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Lansing. He impressed me with his warm welcome, professional expertise, and can-do attitude! He was like a breath of fresh air in the auto retail business. Since that day, I have returned time and time again only to receive the same outstanding customer service, singing his praise to my family and friends. On my most recent shopping visit, there was a little lady sitting on a chair, whose car had overheated. Scooter called a tow truck for her and was taking care of her until they arrived. She was telling me what I already knew, that he is a wonderful human being and amazing representative of O'Reilly's Auto Parts! I've never before left a message like this, and it is long overdue. BEST PLACE IN TOWN! Thank you, Scooter, whom I now call friend.”

“My niece and i were there on 6/18/23 at 645pm, 15 mins before closing. Anthony was absolutely Great helping us out. He checked the battery and alternator in her car and never made us feel rushed. He clocked out a little after 7pm when they closed. Excellent employees at this location!”
“I recently written a bad review for this company because I thought they had double charged my account for a single purchase. However I've changed my review because after working with their claims department, they helped walk me through the process of working with eBay on getting my refund taken care of. I would definitely purchase directly through them next time.
Wow even after changing my review to 5 star review because of a weird mixup with ebay. Which I have two receipts showing money paid to the same exact company and address. I was able to get a refund through eBay. It may not make sense to you, but I have the proof and I sent it to your company and to ebay. I'll still keep the review as 5 stars, since the issue may not have been the fault of the company.”
