Twice in the last few months the great employees and manager at Highland Best Buy helped me out. Out of a day of trying to do everything at once, (1) I accidentally purchased the wrong filter. They helped me get the right one asap! (2) I made the mistake in thinking I can buy WiFi extenders but the Manager helped me understand the difference in extenders and how to make the most of my WiFi.
On two separate times the great employee and manager made me a repeat customer. Thanks for exceeding my expectations!
Best Buy in Highland must hire people who actually care. We went there to buy a refrigerator since ours was going out. The Lady there was so helpful I felt we got the best for the price. She helped us understand our options.”

“We purchased the property a year ago and the Generac was included.
The previous owners did provide some information on the services performed.
After a year of operation it was time to have the unit serviced.
Based on the reviews I contacted GTI and they updated their schedule to a morning service call from an afternoon appointment.
I did a video call with my wife and was able get answers to my questions of concerns as she watched the process happen.
A control sensor was bad creating potential damage to the battery.
The service and repairs were completed and I plan to use this service team in the future.

“It's so nice when I can leave a positive review when it comes down to tech vs humans. Had to use a $200 gift card and bought a bunch of household stuff. They didn't have dishwasher pods in stock, and since I used have gift card half debit card... it was a little bit of a challenge getting the store credit. Louise from customer service was very involved with helping me get the credit back. I had to go in, and picked up some toilet paper while I was there to use up the credit. Jeremiah checked me out and he was so kind, went a got a cart for me since it was two huge containers and my car was on the other side near customer service. Minus one star for the trouble of going into the store twice for this store credit, but everyone was nice and didn't have to talk to a machine.”

“Outstanding customer service! My four-year-old, Kohler shower door shattered. Boom! No apparent reason. The shower was unoccupied. The doors were professionally installed and well maintained. Boom! It’s a mystery. I was surprised and delighted, therefore, when Kohler immediately agreed to replace the entire door set (free of charge) and Laurie P. at Lee Supply orchestrated the receipt and delivery of such. Kohler and Lee Supply have earned my enduring brand/customer loyalty. Top marks!”

“I really don't have any complaints, but this closing at 4pm is ridiculous. People still call after 4pm and I really need to pick up parts after 4pm. You are the only parts store in the area. Also being close on Saturday s no better”
