The worst! I used A line back in January when I sold my house. I’ve had my belongings in their storage until now. I hired new movers because A line was extremely expensive they don’t mention a fee for loading and unloading time so this move ended up costing me way more than I expected . I hired new movers to move me out of the storage who opened all my boxes in front of me before they moved them to check if anything was damaged so they were not held responsible. Of course I had quite a few broken items . I made sure to bubble wrap my stuff so that means to me that they were careless . I have called them a total of 4 times over the last couple of days and still have not received a response or gotten an answer. Save your money and spare your items . Do not use these people!

Called a week ahead of time scheduled a move for 8:30am on a Monday. I got a phone call on Sunday the day before the move at 2:37pm stating that they are unable to complete my move. I am now stuck between places and can’t find a moving company to complete my move on a Sunday afternoon. I do not recommend this company. There was also no attempt to correct the problem either on their end. I would give zero stars but had to put at least one.

Great service and very easy to work with. Had to reschedule several times due to work related travel and Maria was fantastic. The two man team that came were professional, quick and did a great job. Will absolutely recommend A-Line to friends.

Josh & Brad were great! They moved my dad out of his third floor apartment within 2 hours and into his new apartment in no time! I was very impressed with their hustle. They handled all items with care. Highly recommend

Scheduled them for a small move. Roy told me 8:30 arrival. By 9:00, they had not shown up. I called and left a voicemail, then texted, then called again and it went straight to VM. Zero return calls or texts.The movers called me at 11:30 to let me know they were on their way. By then I had already had to call another moving company. Roy called and told me I was wrong and proceeded to yell at me on the phone. With zero communication along the way; he proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism. I cannot tell you how terrible this experience was.

Never use this company! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! very rude! They lose your belongings & say that you never had them in the first place. Not good with communicating. Lost the bed frame to my bed & now I have to buy a new one. 0/10 I DONT recommend at ALL.

No professionalism whatsoever they showed up 2 hours late, they had no idea what they were doing i had to basically do their job for them telling them how to manuever furniture to fit out of the door including common sense things like taking the legs off to fit, they were very argumentative in anything you asked or said to them and even were about to take everything off the truck at one point becauseof their frustration of their own lack of knowledge, seemed like they were either hungover or just didnt want to be there at all,after only 2 pieces of a sectional carried out and they were all out of breath panting, do not hire this company you will regret it.

DO NOT HIRE!!! I ignored the reviews and paid dearly. It should be noted that my previous review disappeared from this site. The owner, "Roy", actually called and emailed me threatening to sue if I didn't remove my review. "I" did not remove it, yet it disappeared. I would hope that a legitimate review doesn't get removed just because a business owner moaned and groaned to Yelp. I did actually wait to write my review until the small claims proceedings were complete. Is that the excuse? In the small claims matter, "Roy" took me to court to sue me because I stopped the payment check. This hearing kept getting continued by Nagel and his lawyer. My belongings arrived in March of 2021. The hearing didn't occur until the end of the year. When all of my property arrived in Florida soaking wet with water actually pouring out of the boxes, I stopped payment on the check. The contract that I had signed basically stated that I could only recover .60 per pound for damage. Of course no one ever believes that something will actually happen. It can. It did. BE ADVISED, do not sign these one-sided contracts. Because of the signed contract, the court found that I had to pay this guy for the move. After stopping the check, I was simply going to walk away, even though my property loss was in excess of $10,000.00. Because of medical issues and the stress of the whole thing, I was actually going to let it go after stopping payment, chalking it up to a horrible lesson learned. Nagel is a dishonest, dishonorable person. He needs to be held accountable. Derla E.

Unbelievably rude. Called to request an onsite visit to quote moving furniture to our son cross country. They said they would send someone out to give an estimate and since we're older and immunocompromised I requested that whoever they send please wear a mask and the lady told me "we don't wear masks" and I said "anyone that enters my house needs to wear a mask" and she responded "then you need to find a different moving company". So....that's what I did. The gentlemen that came out had no problem wearing a mask and even asked if I wanted him to remove his shoes. What happened to common courtesy and common sense business practices????

I work for family express in Griffith and I was out today shoveling my parking spaces bc my plow contractor did a terrible job. One of your guys was getting gas and noticed me struggling to move the wet snow in each parking spot. He finished his gas and proceeded to plow all the snow I had shoveled into my lot out of the way of customers. I had been out there for over 2 hours and within 5 minutes everything was clean and nice, all because you guys have someone kind hearted working for you. I told him thank you but wanted to leave a review bc I didn't think a thank you wasn't enough and it was really just the nicest gesture. He didn't have to help but was compassionate enough to help someone he's never met before. I wish I got his name but if you happen to see this, I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate the help you gave me today. Thank you so much.
